Volunteers Needed!

• Photographer:  Volunteer needed to take pictures during various school assemblies, special events, and other activities.  Photographer will have access to our school camera that will stay on school grounds at all times.  Volunteer must be dependable and preferably a member of our HES PTO.

• Yearbook Assistant:  Volunteer needed to help in the organization, creation, and completion of our 2016-2017 Yearbook.  Fluent computer skills are a must!  Assistant must be available to work on yearbook throughout the school year until deadline completion which is usually in mid-April. Volunteer must be dependable and preferably a member of our HES PTO.

• Lab Aides:  Volunteers needed for about 4 weeks at the beginning of the school year during our afternoon kindergarten classes.  Aides will be helping students learn how to log-in/log-out of computers, navigate to the internet, and complete basic tasks under the direction and assistance of Mrs. Kelley.  No prior computer training required. Volunteers may choose 1-2 afternoons per week. Hours are usually 1:30pm - 3:10pm, Monday thru Friday, depending on the 2016-2017 Class Schedule. Volunteers must be dependable and preferably a member of our HES PTO.
